OLAP Analysis Workspace Email destination

Hi Experts,

I have created OLAP analysis workspace on top of BEX query.

I tried to send this workspace thru email using Email option.

I have given required details; Like from and to.

I got an email. But there is no output. No report attached.

As per the below attachment, I tried to "Add the Viewer Hyperlink placeholder to the Message field".

But it is just giving URL (open document link). Are we not going to get report thru email?????

Do we need to do any thing more.

I tried to export webi report using BI launch pad (through email). It was success with webi report attachment. So i am thinking there will be no issue with email configurations.

We are on BI 4.0 SP4.

Please help guys.
