Measure in Background = No Data, Measure in Columns = Data

Hi,

I have encountered a strange behavior where if a place a Measure in the Background area, no data is displayed (see screenshot below).

However, if I move that same Measure to the Columns area, then data is displayed. Any idea as to why that is occurring?

   Version: BI4.0 SP8.3

Database: SQL Server 2012

Driver Value Measure in Background Area = No Data

Driver Value Measure in Columns Area = Data
