Data Percent format

We are migrating from 3.1 to 4.1 and notice that the % is different.  The data is from SSAS and formatted in the server as %.  Here is a example

In SSAS value  : 0.05 (% format in server)

In Voyager(3.1) : 5%

In BI41             : 0.05

Is there any way in 4.1 to change the display back to 5%?
